Two Wonderful Birthdays!!!!!
I had gone through and did all the work on the birthday blog and was just finished with the birthdays for my husband and youngest grandson when I did something and it was gone. I tried to find it to no avail so I have just decided to start over even though it is late.
Tom turned fifty eight on June twenty fifth. He, Heather and I went to Cherokee for the day and just enjoyed the day. Even though the sign says do not shake bridge Tom had to give Heather a hard time by swinging it. He looks like he was having a little trouble walking himself.
On Friday night we went out to eat with the three girls and families. This is Meredith and Holden. The two imps of the family. You can tell that Papa is feeling the effects of their evening celebrating. I am very thankful for every birthday he has since we came so close to losing him several times in the last year. I am thankful for everyday that God has given us and the ones to come, or better yet the years to come. After a heart attack it is very important to follow all of your doctors orders. We have gotten a little off but we are trying to get back on track.Reagan turned one of June twenty nineth. We all went to the park to celebrate the special day.
Heather made him a John Deere tractor cake, with a little one for him to have all to himself. He had no problem digging in and was not at all worried about getting his hands dirty like his older brother did at one.
Reagan's brothers, sisters and cousins enjoyed watching him eat his cake nearly as much as he enjoyed eating it.
Of course mom, Aunt Heather, and
Aunt Tamara and Uncle Jay en
joy the day too.
